Refund & Dispute Policy

At BFA Property Solutions Inc., we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality strategic, consulting, and investment-related services. Due to the nature of our customized offerings, and the time and resources committed to each engagement, we have adopted a strict no-refund policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

All payments made to BFA Property Solutions Inc. for services, consultations, management support, strategic advisement, or related engagements are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to both one-time payments and retainer-based service agreements.

By engaging our services and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy in full.

2. No Refunds for Cancellations or Dissatisfaction

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Cancellations after services have been scheduled or initiated

  • Client dissatisfaction with subjective outcomes

  • Delays caused by client inaction, unresponsiveness, or lack of documentation

  • Services that involve third-party filings, licensing, or time-sensitive deliverables

 

3. Dispute Resolution Process

While refunds are not available, we are committed to professional communication and problem-solving. If you have a concern regarding your engagement, you may contact our team at support@bfapropertysolutions.com to discuss the matter in good faith.

We reserve the right to offer discretionary goodwill accommodations on a case-by-case basis; however, this does not constitute a waiver of our all-sales-final policy.

4. Chargeback Policy

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will be contested. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services and pursue legal remedies for clients who initiate chargebacks without attempting to resolve issues directly with our team.
